Challenge: Client has been building in the local market for 20 years. Has little name recognition and very limited advertising dollars. Must compete against national home building conglomerates with deep pockets.

Television, Radio, Outdoor, Print, Direct Mail, Signs.
The R.J.Hill Company had been building homes in the San Joaquin Valley for nearly 20 years, but nobody knew it. These homes were known by the name of each neighborhood, but not by the builder. This lack of identity led us to create a branding shift to reposition the company; all this at a time when general contractors, as a group, were not looked upon favorably by the government or the general public.
